		With exclusive Océ seven color direct imaging technology, seven colors are laid side by side on one imaging drum. The result is superior consistency. Because the color dot is either on or off, there's no mixing of colors or layering. The results: every copy displays consistent color that looks the same each and every time.

		Both the Océ CPS800 and the Océ CPS900 systems run at full engine speed, regardless of the media you're printing on, in both single-sided and two-sided mode. As a result, the Océ CPS800 and Océ CPS900 systems deliver more productivity than any other conventional color systems on the market. Furthermore, Océ Color Copy Press technology offers the most reliability of any product on the market, providing you with a solution capable of printing up to 240,000 images per month truly high volume color.
		Océ Reliability
		Because Océ Color Copy Press technology brings the image to the paper, rather than the paper to the image, Océ CPS800 and Océ CPS900 systems have extremely short paper paths. Minimizing the distance that paper must travel through the machine eliminates the buildup of static electricity – the leading cause of paper jams. The result is the industry's lowest rate of paper jams.
		Reduced Service Calls
		The Océ Color Copy Press process eliminates paper contact with the photoconductor, which could potentially cause damage or compromise output quality. Pressing toner into the paper fibers eliminates the problem of floating toner particles in the equipment, reducing service calls and dirty copies.
		Direct Imaging
		A true digital process, Océ direct imaging transforms digital images into toner images in one quick, reliable step. The result is high machine uptime and extremely stable color. Direct imaging produces no ozone emissions and virtually eliminates toner waste.

Unlike conventional color processes that layer toner to achieve desired results and are susceptible to cracking and peeling, Océ technology lays colors side by side onto an imaging drum and then presses a single layer of toner onto the paper, so there's no cracking and peeling. As a result, output can be folded, scored, and trimmed as soon as it's printed.
		Media handling flexibility
		For maximum flexibility, the Océ CPS800 and CPS900 systems can print on embossed, textured, or coated papers, overhead transparencies, and heavy media at full engine speed.
		Output with an offset look and feel
		With patented Color Copy Press technology, images are pressed into the fibers of the paper. The result is output that looks and feels like offset printing.
