The FD 1500 AutoSeal is The low volume folder / sealer solution for processing one-piece pressure sensitive mailers. Built with proven Formax technology the FD 1500 provides an economical solution with the quality and reliability you have come to expect from Formax. The sleek office design and ease of operation makes this unit ideal for processing documents in an office environment with low volume applications. A processing speed of up to 5,000 forms per hour enables operators to complete daily processing jobs in minutes. The added capability of processing 14" forms gives the FD 1500 the versatility needed to fold and seal virtually any low volume application to meet your needs.

The FD 2000 folder/sealer is a powerful desktop model designed to process your pressure sensitive self-mailers. An easy to use touch-pad control panel and three roller feed system makes this product both practical and dependable. Up to 150 forms can be loaded in the hopper and processed at speeds up to 7,000 per hour. The FD 2000 is also available as a package, the P2000 which comes standard with a fully enclosed cabinet for storage and a conveyor with photo eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms. The cabinet and conveyor are options for the FD 2000.

The FD 2030 AutoSeal® desktop folder/sealer provides a reliable and compact solution for processing pressure sensitive self-mailers. Standard features include a six-digit counter, jog control, fault detection, L.E.D. indicators and an operator friendly touch-pad. Up to 225 forms can be loaded in the hopper and processed at speeds up to 9,000 per hour. The FD 2030 is also available as a package, the P2030 which comes standard with a fully enclosed cabinet for storage and a conveyor with photo eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms. The cabinet and conveyor are options for the FD 2030.

The AutoSeal® FD 2052 is a fully automatic folder/sealer providing the ultimate solution for processing pressure sensitive self-mailers. Designed with ease of operation and efficiency in-mind, the FD 2052 automatically detects and adjusts for 11" and 14" paper sizes and is pre-programmed for three popular folds C, Z and half fold. The FD 2052 also has the ability to store up to 9 custom fold settings with the simple touch of a button. Up to 350 forms can be loaded in the hopper and processed at speeds up to 11,000 per hour. All these features make the FD 2052 an ideal solution for streamlining your post processing. The FD 2052 is also available as a package, the P2052 which comes standard with a fully enclosed cabinet for storage and a conveyor with photo eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms.
